Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout of order. All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 days. FREE shipping on orders $150.00 or above!
We ship via USPS Priority Mail & First Class which takes 1-3 business days*. We process all orders placed before 4 PM ET on business days. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped from Elevation Hemp Company.
If you place an order after 4 PM ET on Friday it will not be shipped until Monday.
We cannot guarantee the condition of some products when shipped at temperatures over 80 degrees. We will make every effort to assure proper delivery via heat resistant packaging. No refunds will be issued for melted products during hot months. Thank you for understanding.
At this time we are unable to ship internationally and only ship within eligible states in the US.

Return & Exchange Policy
1) Call or email to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 10-day time limit. We will not take items back after 10 days. Any product that has been opened is not eligible.
2) Once we receive your item back at our location we can refund or exchange items in store based on availability. This decision will be solely based on management approval.
3) You will need to present a receipt or invoice for any returns or exchanges.

Elevation Hemp Company will only accept returns and exchange requests from purchases made in store or delivered. Shipped items are not returnable. If you received a damaged shipped item, please contact the carrier.
